FAQ

How accurate is the due date?

Only ~5% of babies arrive on the day; 37–42 weeks is full term. Treat it as an anchor for checkups, not a forecast.

How much weight gain in pregnancy?

Depends on pre-pregnancy BMI: ~12.5–18 kg if underweight, 11.5–16 normal, 7–11.5 overweight. Check your range above.

How much milk per day?

About 150 ml/kg/day in infancy (cap ≈ 1,000 ml), split across feeds. Compute precisely by weight above.
