New-hire proration: remaining calendar days ÷ 365 × entitlement (round down)
Unused days: paid at 300% of daily wage (200% extra); daily wage = monthly ÷ 21.75

Example: 3y tenure, ¥10k/mo, 2 days unused → 2 × (10000÷21.75) × 2 ≈ ¥1,839.
